HireQuest Direct is seeking hardworking and dependable Construction Helpers to support commercial and residential construction projects throughout the Dallas area. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in the construction industry while working alongside skilled trades professionals.

Position Overview

Construction Helpers assist with a variety of tasks on active job sites, including material handling, site preparation, cleanup, and supporting skilled tradesmen. Candidates should be comfortable performing physical labor in a fast-paced construction environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist carpenters, concrete crews, electricians, plumbers, and other trades as needed
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials
  • Clean and maintain work areas throughout the shift
  • Operate basic hand tools safely and effectively
  • Set up and break down job site equipment and materials
  • Follow instructions from supervisors and crew leaders
