Key Responsibilities

  • Execute a variety of general construction tasks, including framing, drywall, painting, flooring, and finish carpentry.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, construction plans, and technical documents.
  • Perform job site preparation, layout, and material handling.
  • Install or repair structural elements, ensuring all work meets code and safety standards.
  • Diagnose and resolve construction challenges in real time.
  • Coordinate with project managers and other trades to ensure seamless workflow.
  • Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring job site safety and cleanliness at all times.
  • Travel to project sites within the Southern California region as required.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in commercial construction (storage facility experience is a plus).
  • Proficiency across multiple trades, including but not limited to carpentry, drywall, flooring, finish work, and light electrical or plumbing.
  • Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
  • High attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites.
  • OSHA 10/30 certification is a plus but not required.
