Holland Roofing is Hiring
Job Type: Full-time
Salary Start $20 per hour High salary depending on experience.
We run a 24/7 shop as a service department, that means we respond to emergency calls after hours and on the weekends.
Our RMM's Roof Technicians receive comprehensive training that cover everything from OSHA requirements to find leaks repair them, how to reroof, flash curb and pipes, meeting standards, and quality control Inspection techniques. You will be working outdoors on a flat roof with our Service Foreman. Assist with the maintenance and repair of roofs.
General Knowledge and Skills Required
  • Ability to make a measurements
  • Basic Math
  • Knowledge of roofing materials and how to use them properly is a plus
  • Know how use tools

Qualification and License Required
  • Roofing, Construction, Commercial Roofer, Labore background
  • Driver's License is Required
  • Reliable transportation to go to work every day
  • Able to pass a drug test
  • US work authorization

Brief Description
  • Frequent driving between services calls with the Foreman
  • Carries materials and tools from the truck to the roof.
  • Assists with roof repairs as directed.
  • Be comfortable working in extreme weather conditions
  • Includes continuous bending, kneeling and occasional crawling
  • Must be able to lift 30 to 50 lbs. regularly. Repeated bending, stair, climbing ladders.
  • Must be comfortable with heights and being on a roof
  • Perform roofing work in accordance with job specifications and adhering to safety guidelines.
  • Cleans grounds on job site as needed.
  • Removes and det-up ladders at the job site.
  • Must be at least 21 years old to be insurable
