Job Title: Fencing Laborer

Job Summary:
A Fencing Laborer assists in the installation, repair, and maintenance of various types of fencing, including chain-link, wood, vinyl, aluminum, and ornamental fences. The position requires physical labor, use of hand and power tools, and working outdoors in various weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with measuring, laying out, and marking fence lines.

Dig post holes using hand tools, power augers, or other equipment.

Set fence posts in concrete and ensure proper alignment.

Install fence panels, rails, gates, and other fencing components.

Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment.

Perform fence repairs and maintenance as needed.

Operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely.

Maintain a clean and organized worksite.

Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA regulations.

Work effectively as part of a team to complete projects on schedule.

Qualifications:

Previous construction or fencing experience preferred but not required.
