United Services Northwest is a family of locally owned service companies providing tree care, landscaping, roofing, construction, pest control, and exterior services throughout Western Washington. Our roofing division, Washington Roofing, specializes in high-quality residential and commercial roofing installations, repairs, and replacements.

We are seeking skilled and dependable Roofers to join our team. This is a hands-on position where youโ€™ll work on a variety of roofing projects, ensuring safety, quality, and customer satisfaction on every job.

What Youโ€™ll Do

  • Install, repair, and replace roofing systems including composition shingles, metal, TPO, PVC, and flat roofs.

  • Remove old roofing materials and prepare surfaces for new installations.

  • Inspect problem roofs and determine the best repair solutions.

  • Work with tools, ladders, harnesses, and safety equipment properly and efficiently.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.

  • Assist crew leads and project managers with project execution.

  • Communicate effectively with team members and customers when needed.

What Weโ€™re Looking For

  • Previous experience required: 2+ years in residential or commercial roofing.

  • Knowledge of different roofing systems, materials, and installation techniques.
