Essential Functions:
  • Set-up, maintain, and clean-up project sites to ensure safe work practices and OSHA compliance at all times
  • Efficiently measure and cut project materials
  • Install various roofing materials (TPO, EPDM, PVC, Modbit to construct a weatherproof roof for our customers
  • Properly manage all assigned tools, equipment, and material
  • Report any safety concerns immediately, stopping work if necessary for safety
  • Report to job on-time, ready to work, asking for clarification and assistance as needed
  • Adhere to standards of conduct and company policies at all times
  • Embody and model company values of Family Culture, JR Attitude (humility, teachable), Extreme Ownership, Grow or Die (growth mindset, motivated, innovative)

Required Skills, Abilities, Education and Experience:
  • 1-5+ years experience in construction or roofing (preferred)
  • OSHA 10 hour training (minimum) (or ability to obtain)
  • Ability to follow directions and pay attention to details

Work Environment/Physical Requirements:
  • Pass initial drug test and participate in random drug test program
  • Able to obtain security clearance on military job sites (Preferred)
  • Travel, Weekends, and Overtime are required (Based on project schedules)
  • Ability to perform elevated work (work on rooftops, heights)
  • Bending, kneeling, walking, lifting, carrying (up to 75lbs) (Daily)
  • Outdoor environment in all types of weather (8+ hours per day)
  • Valid transportation required to report to job sites
