RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Working with home owners to provide exceptional customer service
  • Completing various handyman and remodel jobs such as drywall, carpentry, flooring, painting, electrical and plumbing, etc.
  • Planning and managing the job site
  • Organizing and managing materials and equipment for the jobs
  • Invoicing and payment completion for every job
  • Cleaning the interior and exterior of the company vehicle
  • Assisting in marketing and sales on and around the job sites
  • Representing House Doctors in the local community and networking with potential customers as needs arise
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
  • 5 to 10+ years of home repair and remodel field experience
  • Hands on with a knowledge of the principles, techniques, equipment, and supplies used in the residential construction, repair and remodel industries
  • Ability to learn and operate some basic computer programs and systems
  • Friendly personality and committed to great customer service
  • A strong work ethic and highly dependable
  • Able to do physical labor work including bending, lifting (50+ lbs), and handling tools
  • Driver's license is required
