Roofing Subcontractor

I am looking for a subcontractor that has some roofing experience. I have a roof rejuvenation company and I am looking for people who don’t want to haul and install shingles anymore. I will pay by the square foot. The first step is to soft wash the roof and the second step is the application of the product which extends the life of the roof.
You must understand good customer service.
