We are seeking an experienced Roofing Foreman to lead residential and commercial roofing projects throughout the area. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for supervising roofing crews, coordinating daily job site activities, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards.

The Foreman will play a key role in leading, training, and developing these team members while maintaining a productive and professional job site. The ideal candidate has at least five years of roofing experience, strong leadership abilities, and extensive knowledge of multiple roofing systems and installation methods. Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise residential and commercial roofing crews
  • Coordinate daily job site operations and assign work to crew members
  • Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to company standards
  • Install, repair, and replace a variety of roofing systems
  • Remove old or damaged roofing materials and prepare surfaces for installation
  • Install asphalt shingles, metal roofing, tile, slate, TPO, and other roofing materials
  • Read work orders, plans, and specifications to ensure accurate project execution
  • Train, mentor, and oversee Roofing Installation Technicians and Laborers

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of roofing experience required
