What You'll Do as a LPN Memory Care Manager

What We're Looking For
  • LPN Memory Care Manager: Use your LPN license in the State of IA and experience to help oversee the residents and staff at this beautiful community.
  • A degree in Geriatrics, Elder Care, or a related field (preferred).
  • 2+ years of leadership experience with proven supervisory skills.
  • Knowledge of facility licensure regulations, OSHA standards, and safety procedures.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency with computers and social media.
  • A warm, approachable personality with a passion for seniors and memory care.
