Nurses working in nursing homes such as Morningside often encounter challenges like high patient-to-nurse ratios, managing residents with multiple chronic conditions, and maintaining clear communication with families and physicians. These challenges can be managed through strong teamwork, effective time management, and utilizing electronic health records to streamline documentation.
