About Community Medical Services

Community Medical Services (CMS) is one of the nation's leading providers of medication-assisted treatment and integrated behavioral healthcare. Every day, our teams help individuals and families overcome opioid use disorder through compassionate, evidence-based care delivered with dignity, respect, and clinical excellence.

Our work changes lives. We help people reclaim their health, reunite families, restore hope, and strengthen communities. Our employees are driven by purpose, united by our mission, and committed to making a meaningful difference for every patient we serve.

As CMS continues to grow, we are investing in our people, our culture, and the programs that support our employees. We believe exceptional employee experiences lead to exceptional patient experiences, and our Total Rewards strategy plays a critical role in attracting, engaging, and retaining the talented people who make our mission possible.

  • Short and long-term disability insurance
  • Life insurance
  • Paid sick, vacation, and holiday time

Leave Management

  • Administer employee leave programs, including FMLA, ADA accommodations, paid family and medical leave, military leave, jury duty, and company leave policies.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners and the third-party leave administrator to manage accommodations and the interactive process.
  • Monitor leave trends, maintain accurate records, and recommend process improvements that enhance compliance and the employee experience.

Systems, Data & Analytics

  • Oversee benefits administration systems, HRIS integrations, eligibility processing, enrollment activities, and vendor file feeds.
  • Ensure data integrity through audits, carrier reconciliations, and coordination with payroll team.
  • Develop dashboards and analytics to monitor enrollment, utilization, claims, costs, and key Total Rewards metrics.
