Job description

Job Title
Rewards Regional Partner (Nashville, TN)
Job Description
Are you a Rewards professional who wants to drive impact with care? Join the Philips North America Total Rewards team as a Rewards Regional Partner, where you will shape competitive, equitable rewards programs while supporting business leaders.
As a member of the Philips People Business Services Rewards team, you will serve as a strategic Rewards Partner to assigned U.S. client groups. You will provide expert guidance across all rewards topics-particularly compensation-while owning the design and delivery of Health & Wellbeing programs.
This role combines business-facing advisory with program ownership, influencing key compensation decisions while shaping benefits that impact employee experience at scale.
Your role:
  • Act as a strategic advisor to People Business Partners and business leaders on rewards matters. Guide and influence compensation decisions, including salary positioning, promotions, and complex/senior offers, ensuring alignment with market data, internal equity, and business priorities. Translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations, presenting trade-offs, risks, and opportunities to stakeholders, while you proactively identify and address risks related to pay competitiveness, internal equity, and policy application. Through this work, you will help build capability within the business by coaching leaders and People Business Partners on rewards principles and decision-making.
  • Own the strategy, design, and delivery of U.S. Health & Wellbeing programs, including medical, wellness, and related benefits. You will evaluate program performance, utilization, and financial impact to optimize plan design, manage costs, and inform long-term strategy, in addition to leading vendor strategy and management, including brokers, carriers, and third-party administrators (selection, negotiations, performance management, and governance).
  • Ensure programs are competitive, compliant, and aligned with Philips' global rewards strategy and local regulations. Drive continuous improvement and innovation in Health & Wellbeing offerings, leveraging employee feedback, market trends, and best practices. Lead and deliver regional rewards initiatives and projects, while contributing to global programs and transformations. Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Finance, Legal, and Payroll to ensure effective execution and alignment.

You're the right fit if:
  • You've acquired 5+ years' experience with a Bachelor's or 3+ years' experience with Master's in areas such as rewards management, compensation, total rewards or related areas.
  • Your skills include experience in advising on compensation decisions, U.S. Health & Welfare self-funded benefit plans, and vendor management. You bring experience using HRIS and compensation systems (preferably Workday), along with solid knowledge of U.S. compensation practices, laws, and regulations. AI literacy is a plus.
  • You have a Bachelor's degree in Rewards Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
  • You're an excellent communicator and highly organized multi-tasker with strong attention to detail and presentation skills. You work independently, manage time and priorities effectively in fast-paced environments, exercise sound judgment and professionalism, handle confidential information with discretion, and influence stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
