  • Lead annual vendor selection, renewal negotiations, and RFP processes for all major benefit programs across the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, India, Vietnam, and future expansion countries.
  • Own relationships with global brokers, consultants, insurers, retirement providers, and wellness vendors.
  • Evaluate market trends and recommend new benefits or enhancements that improve employee experience while maintaining fiscal responsibility.
  • Develop business cases for new global or country-specific benefit offerings.
  • Serve as executive escalation point for complex benefit issues and vendor disputes.

Compensation

  • Oversee the global compensation framework, including salary structures, job architecture/leveling, and market pricing across all countries of operation.
  • Support pay equity reviews and compensation governance initiatives.
  • Develop compensation recommendations for executive leadership and senior management.

Leave Administration

  • Oversee the organization's global leave administration strategy.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, provincial, and international leave requirements.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve leave policies, processes, and system configuration to enhance employee experience and reduce administrative risk.

Compliance & Governance

  • Ensure all compensation and benefit programs comply with applicable laws and regulations globally.
  • Partner with Legal and Compliance on emerging legislative changes.
  • Maintain governance over vendor contracts, renewals, audits, and documentation.
  • Support internal and external audits related to benefits and compensation.

HR Technology & Analytics

  • Partner with the HR Technology team to optimize Workday configuration supporting compensation, benefits, and leave administration.
  • Develop executive dashboards and reporting for Total Rewards metrics.
  • Analyze utilization, participation, costs, and employee engagement data to support strategic decision-making.
  • Recommend automation opportunities and process improvements.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • 7+ years of progressive Total Rewards experience.
  • 3+ years of people management experience.
  • Experience managing or administering benefits programs across multiple countries (e.g., US, Canada, UK, and/or APAC).
  • Demonstrated experience running RFPs and leading vendor selection and negotiation.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience presenting cost/utilization analysis and budget recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Working knowledge of statutory benefits, leave, and pay regulations in multiple countries.
  • Excellent communication skills, with experience delivering employee-facing benefits communications and executive-level presentations.

Preferred

  • CEBS (Certified Employee Benefits Specialist), CCP (Certified Compensation Professional), or GRP (Global Remuneration Professional) certification.
