  • Identify, implement, and scale AI-driven solutions that reduce manual work and improve performance
  • Own event performance tracking, attribution, and follow-up workflows
  • Own website performance infrastructure, conversion tracking, and optimization
  • Own and improve funnel performance including conversion rates and pipeline generation
  • Partner closely with Marketing Programs (email, events, campaign execution) to enable execution and testing
  • Partner with Revenue Operations and Sales to align lifecycle stages, lead flow, scoring, and pipeline definitions
  • Ensure seamless lead handoff between marketing and sales including SLA definition and tracking
  • Act as the connective layer across marketing, sales, and customer teams to ensure funnel alignment

Qualifications
  • 4+ years in B2B SaaS marketing operations, growth marketing, or demand generation
  • Strong HubSpot experience
  • Experience partnering with RevOps and Sales teams
  • Strong analytical and systems thinking skills
  • Experience implementing AI tools in marketing workflows
  • High ownership and strong cross-functional communication skills
