Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, this leader will partner closely with Marketing and Enrollment to improve forecasting, funnel performance, technology, and operational efficiency.

We're looking for a hands-on, analytical leader who can turn data into actionable insights, identify opportunities for improvement, and help drive execution.

What You'll Do
  • Own revenue analytics, dashboards, KPIs, forecasting, and pipeline visibility.
  • Analyze funnel performance, conversion trends, lead flow, and marketing ROI to identify opportunities and drive action.
  • Establish consistent metrics and reporting across revenue-generating functions.
  • Optimize CRM workflows, automation, integrations, lead management, and revenue processes.
  • Identify operational friction and implement scalable technology and process improvements.
  • Partner with Marketing and Enrollment to improve alignment across the revenue funnel.
  • Oversee sales enablement tools and initiatives that improve frontline effectiveness.
  • Lead and develop team members responsible for analytics, enablement, and operational support.
  • Translate complex data into clear recommendations for executive and operational leaders.
What We're Looking For
  • 7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, Analytics, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting a complex, metrics-driven revenue or sales organization.
  • Strong expertise in revenue forecasting, funnel analytics, pipeline management, and performance reporting.
  • Advanced proficiency with analytical and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Excel, and/or Looker Studio.
  • Experience with CRM platforms; Salesforce strongly preferred.
  • Experience improving lead management, sales enablement, processes, technology, and automation.
  • Proven ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
  • Experience leading teams and partnering across Sales/Enrollment, Marketing, Finance, and executive leadership.
  • Ability to operate strategically while remaining hands-on with technical and operational execution.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field preferred.
The Leader We're Looking For

You're an analytical operator who brings structure to complexity and knows how to turn insights into action. You challenge inefficient processes, use technology and automation to improve performance, and are comfortable moving between executive-level strategy and the details needed to make it happen.

Most importantly, you understand that great Revenue Operations isn't just about reporting what happened—it's about helping the business determine what to do next.
