Job description

Location : San Francisco, US (Hybrid - 3 days in office)
About Us
At Relevance AI, we're building the home of the AI workforce.
Our mission is simple: empower every team to delegate meaningful work to AI agents that think, act, and collaborate like experts.
With Relevance AI, anyone can create and manage intelligent agents that handle workflows, decisions, and collaboration - all within one unified platform. Our technology already powers industry leaders such as Canva, Databricks, Confluent, Autodesk and Aveva, helping them scale excellence across operations, marketing, and sales.
We're backed by Bessemer Venture Partners and Insight Partners and raised our Series B in April 2025 to accelerate growth and push the boundaries of agentic automation.
Headquartered in San Francisco and Sydney, we operate on a hybrid model and thrive on curiosity, collaboration, and execution - we move fast, think big, and win together.
If you want to define how the world works with AI, join us.
The Role
We're hiring a Revenue Operations Lead to own the systems, data, and processes that power our go-to-market engine.
This is a high-ownership and hands-on role, sitting at the centre of how Relevance AI operates commercially. You'll partner closely with our founders and leaders across sales, marketing, customer success, and finance - making sure everyone has the systems, data, and insights they need to make good decisions and move fast.
What makes this role unique is the context you'll be operating in - a GTM function where AI agents are already doing real work. You'll have the opportunity to shape how that infrastructure grows, alongside a team that is building the future of AI-powered work. We're not asking you to arrive with all the answers, but we do want you to be excited by the opportunity to learn and build.
Your Impact
  • Own and optimise our GTM tech stack - HubSpot, Outreach, Apollo, quoting tools, and Relevance AI agents - ensuring every system is well-governed, well-integrated, and delivering measurable ROI
  • Build reliable revenue reporting and dashboards that give our leadership team and investors a clear, accurate picture of business performance
  • Design and improve lead management, pipeline hygiene, forecasting, and territory processes that scale with the business
  • Manage and develop our AI agent infrastructure across the GTM function, working alongside our team to automate manual work and drive productivity
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, CS, and Finance leaders to scope problems, present clear options, and see solutions through to completion - not just the first implementation, but the ongoing iteration

What We're Looking For
  • 4+ years in RevOps, Sales Operations, or GTM Operations in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment
  • Hands-on HubSpot expertise - you've administered it at scale, built workflows and automations, and understand CRM architecture deeply
  • Systems thinking with a long-term view - you design for longevity, think about ROI and success indicators, and care as much about what happens six months after go-live as the build itself
  • Commercial acumen - you understand the metrics that matter to sales leaders, founders, and investors, and build reporting people trust and act on
  • Strong communication and influencing skills - you influence without authority, present options and trade-offs clearly, and show good judgement consistently
  • Collaborative approach - you work well across functions, share context freely, and make the people around you more effective
  • Structured problem solving - you can receive a complex problem, break it down, present options with clear trade-offs, and see the solution through to completion
  • Excited by AI-driven operations - we're an agentic-first company and our RevOps function reflects that. Previous experience isn't required; curiosity is
  • Startup or scale-up experience - you've operated as a solo operator or in a small team, you're comfortable with ambiguity, and you know how to build from first principles

Why Join Us?
  • Work at the forefront of AI with a nimble team that is constantly pushing boundaries. We encourage and celebrate ideas that drive our mission forward.
  • We're guided by our six principles: eyes on the prize, work on the factory - not just in it, be truth-seeking, know your customer by name, let's find a way, and momentum matters.
  • We've set high standards in our high-trust, low-ego environment. We hire exceptional people to do the best work of their lives. In return, we reward our people with competitive salaries, equity stake, unparalleled professional growth, and career-defining opportunities.
  • Relevance AI is well-funded by leading investors, including Bessemer Venture Partners and Insight Partners.
  • As an early team member, you'll play a key role in shaping our future - including our culture, ways of working, and even the benefits we offer. We're laying the foundations now, and your ideas can help define what comes next.

Benefits
  • Health Insurance Contribution - Relevance AI contributes to the cost of individual medical, dental, and vision insurance for employees.
  • Commuter Benefits - Save on your commute with pre-tax deductions for transit and parking expenses
  • Unlimited Annual Leave - Flexible time off policy to rest, recharge, and take care of what matters most
  • ESOP - Employee Stock Ownership Plan so you can grow with the company
  • AI Productivity Benefit - Get up to $1200 USD/year to spend on AI tools that help you work smarter and grow your skills
  • Parental Leave - We offer 12 weeks of paid parental leave for all eligible new parents, and an additional 6 weeks for the birthing parent
  • Milestone Merch - Celebrate your work anniversaries with customised Relevance AI swag
  • Food, Drinks & Community - Enjoy team lunches provided every Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, plus Uber Eats dinners and regular catered office meals throughout the week. Stay energised with free breakfasts, healthy snacks, and a fully stocked fridge of drinks. As the home of the AI workforce, we also host vibrant community events featuring thought leaders, industry partners, and the wider tech community
  • Quarterly Team Events - Build stronger connections through fun, meaningful team bonding experiences every quarter
  • Social Clubs - Share your hobbies and interests by joining or starting a club with your teammates. From hiking and chess to board game nights and social committee activities - there's something for everyone!

Compensation Range: $140K - $200K
