Job description

The Retail Store Manager oversees day-to-day operations of a retail location with a team of 6-15 employees. This role drives in-store and online sales through effective inventory control, staff training, and merchandising strategies. Collaborating with senior management, the manager supports vendor negotiations and ensures excellent customer service and loss prevention practices. Occasional travel to other store locations is required. This position offers growth opportunities within corporate retail management.

Responsibilities
