Goodwill Southwest Florida is seeking motivated, high‑potential professionals for the Retail Store Manager in Training role. This structured development position is designed to prepare future leaders to oversee all aspects of retail store operations while supporting Goodwill's mission of creating opportunities and strengthening the community. Candidates will receive hands‑on training across operational, financial, and people‑management functions to build the skills needed for long‑term success as a Retail Store Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in comprehensive training across all areas of retail store management.
  • Support oversight of daily store operations to ensure efficient, safe, and customer‑focused performance.
