Description

This Walmart Replenishment and Sales Insights Manager hybrid role is ideal for a strategic, data-driven thinker who thrives at the intersection of supply chain execution and sales performance. The position is 70% focused on replenishment—ensuring operational excellence, optimized inventory flow, and strong collaboration with Walmart’s supply chain partners. The remaining 30% is dedicated to sales analytics—translating data into actionable insights that drive category growth, inform business strategies, and strengthen client decision-making.
Our approach to client service is grounded in our values. To deliver exceptional excellence for our clients with Walmart, we do require that this role be based in Rogers, AR. If you are applying but do not currently reside in Northwest Arkansas, please note that relocation will not be covered by Harvest Group.
Responsibilities
  • Translate complex data sets into compelling stories and actionable business recommendations
  • Provide category, retailer, and industry-level context to enrich analysis and drive client growth
  • Develop dashboards and reporting tools to support client goals and strategic decisions
  • Support key projects including line reviews, strategic planning sessions, modular updates, and event forecasting
  • Serve as a thought partner to clients, proactively identifying risks and opportunities within their business
  • Use Retail Link, Luminate, and syndicated data (Circana/Nielsen) to inform performance diagnostics and trend analysis
  • Work directly with clients and Walmart to manage inventory including in-stocks, forecasts, MABD compliance, and DC/store inventory health
  • Conduct root cause analysis and develop solutions for fill rate issues and order variability
  • Guide clients through best practices in demand planning, new item setup, and supply chain optimization
  • Monitor modular changes and proactively plan for store count shifts, product deletions, and new item transitions
  • Support ad hoc projects and reporting such as lead time audits, compliance forms, and tool development
  • Serve as a daily point of contact for supply chain execution between the client and Walmart teams
  • Participate in weekly client calls and 30-60-90 planning meetings
Requirements
  • 2–4 years of experience in consumer packaged goods, focused on Walmart and/or Sam’s Club
  • 2+ years working in supply chain, replenishment, or order management
  • Proven ability to synthesize raw data into insights that drive strategy and performance
  • Strong knowledge of Retail Link, Luminate, and syndicated data (Circana, Nielsen)
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; mastery in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills—written, verbal, and visual
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Problem-solving mindset and ownership mentality
  • Experience in demand planning and inventory troubleshooting
  • Customer-focused approach with collaborative team orientation
  • Willingness to travel
Preferred
  • Experience using Tableau, Power BI, or similar data visualization tools
  • Prior experience in forecasting or predictive analytics
  • Familiarity with Walmart’s supply chain systems and reporting tools
  • Direct import experience, including understanding of lead times, customs, and international logistics
