Job description

ABOUT THE ROLE
F&M Trust is looking to hire a Relationship Banker for our Orchard Park office located in Chambersburg, PA. The sole responsibility of this role is the growth of the office through retention and acquisition of new customers. The Relationship Banker will be the primary point of contact to assist any customers with accounts, loan inquiries and servicing requests. They will drive sales, service, and referral activities to ensure a seamless customer experience. This individual provides service to customers in a professional manner; expands customer base through consultative sales techniques, including opening consumer and business deposit accounts and handling consumer lending requests; educates customers on bank services accessible through technology and cross-sells bank products; performs account maintenance requests. This individual will process customer transactions on Pod/Teller Line as the business needs require.
The pay rate for this position generally starts between $19 and $22 an hour.
This full-time customer services representative will work approximately 40 hours per week and receive a competitive wage and comprehensive benefits package.
