Job description

Pay Range: $30.73 - $40.99Responsible for the effective coordination of activities within the Retail Banking Department. Manages, plans, and executes meetings, projects, reports, scheduling, and additionally creates content in support of the Retail Banking Department. Plays an important role in the design and delivery of communications within the Division. Is a key contributor and responsible for delivering special projects/events impacting the Division. Collaborates closely with EVP of Retail Banking, TM & MM's, Retail Controller, and other members of the Retail Banking team.

Education and Experience:

  • Associates degree and 2 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience

Skills and Abilities:

  • Ability to function in a fast paced and ever-changing environment.
  • Solid working knowledge of bank product and services.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal and customer relation skills.
  • Maintains confidentiality of highly sensitive information.
  • Maintains a professional attitude and is a team player.
  • PC Skills including Word, Excel and Power Point.

Tasks Performed:

  • 50% Manages and influences activities within the Retail Banking Department. Acts as a primary point of contact for the Retail Banking team; manages and provides input/insight for projects, reports, and general activities within the department. Collaborates with and provides support to the EVP of Retail Banking, TM & MM's, the Retail Controller, and other key members of the team.
  • 20% Leads, coordinates, and effectively manages/supports key initiatives and projects within the Retail Banking Department. Maintains responsibility for project oversight, deadlines, and effective implementation. Additionally is involved and works with confidential & sensitive information.
  • 15% Collaborates and coordinates activities with other internal lines of business. Leads, coordinates and periodically manages multi-departmental initiatives/projects. Provides insight and input throughout the process.
  • 10% Works closely with Retail Banking business partners to coordinate and successfully communicate key information. Serves as a liaison for the department.
  • 5% Other duties as assigned.
