As the Retail Office Manager, you will create a seamless experience for Clients seeking comprehensive financial solutions. You are responsible for driving growth, delivering exceptional service, and developing a high-performing team that embodies our commitment to helping clients achieve financial security and prosperity. You will be the catalyst for collaboration between banking and wealth management, ensuring every interaction adds value and strengthens relationships.


Job Responsibilities:
Lead & Inspire: Empower and coach a team of sales professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, empowerment, and continuous learning.
Business Expansion: Drive growth through activities that not only meet performance goals but expand what's possible for clients and the branch. You will be responsible for attracting new businesses which includes recognizing opportunities for cross-selling and developing Associates to maximize selling and service skills.
Collaborate Across Services: Partner with wealth advisors, trust officers, and private banking teams to deliver seamless integrated solutions that honor clients' long-term aspirations.
Elevate Client Experience: See beyond transactions to create moments of clarity and confidence for every client.
Community Engagement: Represent the branch in the local market, building relationships and driving brand awareness through events and outreach.
Operational Excellence: Champion operational efficiency and compliance to drive sustainable branch success. Lead initiatives that strengthen administrative controls, ensure regulatory adherence, and optimize budgeting for profitability.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in retail banking or financial services.
  • Minimum 10 years of management experience in a retail banking environment or wealth management sales industry.
  • Strong understanding of financial fundamentals, including computation of interest and monthly payments.
  • In-depth knowledge of teller operations and processing.
  • Proven experience in branch operations, including procedures, policies, controls, and regulatory compliance, along with a track record in business development and relationship management.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of deposit products, retail and business loans, trust and estate planning, and wealth management solutions.
  • Exceptional leadership and coaching capabilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in technology and demonstrated digital expertise to enhance client and team experiences.

Salary Range:

$64,491.00 - $105,949.50

Individual base pay may vary on additional factors such as the candidate's experience, job-related skills, relevant education, geographic location, and other specific business and organizational needs.

In addition to base salary, WSFS Financial Corporation (WSFS) and its subsidiaries may offer eligible Associates discretionary and formula-based incentive and retention awards. WSFS provides a competitive benefits package, which includes medical, dental, and vision coverage; a 401(k) plan; life, accident, and disability insurance; flexible spending accounts (FSAs) and health savings accounts (HSAs); and wellness programs.
