Position Summary
The Sales Enablement Coordinator is the operational backbone of HungerRush's Sales Enablement function, providing coordination and execution support across the full enablement lifecycle-including sales enablement, new hire onboarding, manager development, and enterprise learning initiatives. Reporting directly to the Director, Enablement, this role ensures programs run smoothly, content stays current, and Rushers across every function have access to the tools and resources they need to succeed. This role is designed for someone who brings operational discipline, commercial awareness, and a genuine understanding of what sellers need to ramp quickly, perform consistently, and close with confidence.

Essential Responsibilities and Duties

  • Coordinate logistics for all enablement programs and events across the function-including sales training, manager development sessions, Lunch & Learns, and onboarding activities-covering scheduling, communications, and materials preparation.
  • Maintain and organize enablement content libraries across all program areas, ensuring materials are current, consistently formatted, and accessible to Rushers.
  • Support LMS administration across the organization, including uploading and maintaining content, tracking completions, running participation reports, and flagging compliance gaps.
  • Assist in the creation and formatting of training materials, playbooks, job aids, onboarding guides, and leadership development resources.
  • Track and report on program participation, completion rates, and post-training feedback; compile data summaries to support the Director's quarterly KPI reporting.
  • Support new hire onboarding coordination enterprise-wide, including scheduling, resource distribution, calendar management, and Day 1-90 milestone tracking.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to gather content updates, coordinate internal communications related to learning initiatives, and support adoption of enablement programs.
  • Assist the Director with project management, vendor coordination, and continuous improvement efforts as the enablement function scales across the organization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Communications, Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to support or coordinate commercial programs-whether in sales, enablement, revenue operations, or a customer-facing function-with evidence of contributing to outcomes like ramp time reduction, onboarding completion, or seller readiness. Prior exposure to a sales cycle or quota-carrying team is strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, programs, and deadlines simultaneously without dropping details.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable producing polished, professional content independently.
  • Collaborative and proactive; builds relationships across teams and functions with ease.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and comfort working in SharePoint; familiarity with Salesforce or another CRM is a plus and directly relevant to supporting sales-facing programs.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience with a learning management system (LMS) or similar platform.
  • Familiarity with instructional design principles or content development tools (e.g., Articulate, Canva, or similar).
  • Prior experience in a SaaS, tech, or fast-paced corporate environment.
  • Experience with Salesforce or a comparable CRM-including basic navigation, record management, or activity logging-and familiarity with sales engagement tools such as dialers, sequencing platforms, or call tracking software.
  • Exposure to people operations, talent development, or organizational effectiveness work.
  • Comfort with sales terminology, sales cycle concepts, and the language of revenue-able to build materials and support programs that resonate with quota-carrying sellers, not just learning professionals.
  • A genuine curiosity about how people learn, grow, and perform at their best.
