Job description

The Franchise Marketing Manager, Fazoli’s will report directly to the Fazoli’s Head of Marketing. As part of the marketing team, this position would be responsible for supporting all aspects of marketing to support the brand and their restaurants. The marketing team is responsible for driving profitable same-store sales (SSS) results for our system and for setting them up for success with comprehensive brand-level and local store marketing programs.

Job Description Responsibilities / Overview:

  • Supports the Marketing Team in executing key tactics that support marketing strategies that help increase restaurants’ profitable topline sales and build brand relevancy in the marketplace.
  • Manages all System (Corporate and Franchise) media plans and Local Marketing Budgets to meet budgeted Same Store Sales (SSS) goals, with a keen eye on profitability. 
  • Partners closely with the media agency to establish clear guidelines, timelines, and creative versioning required for both Corporate and Franchise media plans.
  • Key marketing liaison to all Corporate and Franchise Operators. Manages creative requests, ideas, and feedback in a timely manner while providing excellent field relations and support.
  • Key liaison to marketing vendor(s), including, but not limited to POP and Media Agency.
  • Marketing Representative in cross-functional Project Team, contributing to the marketing execution of all tests, special projects, and promotional rollouts.
  • Responsible for maintaining and updating ship lists, store location lists, and location listings and reviews management tools.
  • Assists the Digital Team with CRM platforms, including websites, SMS, e-clubs, and app-based loyalty programs.
  • Assists with Administrative Duties such as maintaining a budget, agendas, notes, and action items for meetings, and submitting requests through a project management platform.
  • Maintains and updates project(s) status and related activities through a project management platform.
  • Directs New Restaurant Marketing Plans and assists in all Marketing-related functions associated with openings.
  • Manages Local Restaurant Marketing plans and support material.
Requirements

Preferred Education & Qualifications

• Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Related Field

• Minimum 5 Years Experience in Franchise restaurant marketing

• Excellent Project Management, Communication and Organizational Skills

• Proven Ability to Manage Time Effectively and Work Autonomously

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Asana, Adobe Acrobat

• Understanding of Franchise Business, a Plus

Job Type: Full-Time, Remote

Travel: This position requires up to 30% travel, including overnight travel.
