Job description

Marketing Director at Chick-fil-A Belterra Village FSU is responsible for designing, implementing, and leading the marketing systems and rhythms that drive measurable growth and support the restaurant's long-term vision. Responsibilities include establishing and executing the annual marketing vision and promotional calendar, stewarding digital presence and social media engagement, driving sustainable sales growth through strategic campaigns and local partnerships, developing community outreach, managing campaigns through Spotlight, creating in-restaurant marketing and guest-experience opportunities, tracking performance, and leading a hospitality-focused marketing team. Requires strong communication/organizational skills, experience with social media/events/community partnerships, proven leadership ability, and completion of the 90-Day Leadership Training Program.

Compensation starts at $20 per hour, with benefits, Sundays off, and professional development opportunities in Austin.
