Restaurant Marketing Director

Chick-fil-A Ingleside and Security Square| Sales-Focused Marketing Role

Position Overview

The Restaurant Marketing Director is responsible for driving sales

growth, increasing guest traffic, and strengthening the brand's presence in the

local community. This role combines creativity, strategy, and execution through

in-store promotions, community outreach, catering growth, and digital

marketing. The ideal candidate is organized, motivated, and passionate about

using marketing to deliver measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute engaging in-store events and promotions that increase traffic and sales
  • Organize and manage team member sales and check-average contests to motivate performance
  • Coordinate weekly food distribution to local schools and businesses
  • Oversee catering orders from inquiry through delivery, ensuring accuracy and guest satisfaction
  • Manage quarterly POP materials and the reader board displays in alignment with brand standards
  • Create and publish weekly social media content on Facebook and Instagram
  • Build and maintain strong community partnerships that drive awareness and revenue, and host community events
  • Track sales results and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives
  • Collaborate with restaurant leadership to align marketing efforts with business goals

Qualifications
