Are you Dukunoo Jamaican Kitchen Management Material?

Dukunoo Jamaican Kitchen is an eclectic, vibrant full dining experience restaurant currently looking for an efficient and dedicated Restaurant Manager to join our 50+ person strong team. We are located in Miami, FL. on 316 Nw 24th St. in the heart of Wynwood. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated, and hard-working, certified food service skilled manager. Must be cultured in administrative duties, can train and coach staff, comprehensive and efficient with time management, and restaurant analytics, works well with other managers, food safety certified, and customer service savvy. This candidate must be flexible to work days and/or nights and alternate weekends and some holidays.

Benefits

Salary or hourly opportunity, 1 Week Paid time off, and access to successful tools, software and programs for easier management, including free early access to your pay through Homebase.

This is a full-time position with an average of 35- 45hrs per week.

Responsibilities

  • Inventory, Par Levels, Labor Management & Scheduling, Managing & Training Staff, Hiring & Onboarding, Maintain Safety and Increase Productivity, Conduct Pre-shifts, Management meetings. etc.

Qualifications

  • Food Safety Manager Certification
  • 2yrs or more experience in a full-service restaurant (Not a fast food restaurant)
