Overview: Stone House Tavern is seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As the Restaurant Manager, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure that our high standards of quality and service are consistently met.
Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership: Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, monitoring inventory, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintaining cleanliness standards.
Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff. Schedule shifts and manage payroll to ensure adequate staffing levels during peak hours.
Customer Service: Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally. Build strong relationships with customers to enhance their dining experience.
