The Role

The Residential Property Manager is a core part of the Gables Residential organization and impacts success each day. If you have a passion for providing exceptional living experiences for residents, developing top-performing teams, delivering "Signature Service" and providing impactful returns to investors, our General Manager position was created for you!

You Are...

  • Confident in taking ownership of the full financial performance of the asset including consistent monitoring of income and expenses.
  • Passionate about recruiting, managing, and developing all on-site positions to achieve performance goals while fostering an inclusive workspace where diversity is celebrated.
  • Experienced in marketing and advertising apartment homes in compliance with local, state, and federal housing regulations.
  • Committed to developing positive relationships with other communities and departments within the Gables organization to ensure optimal results are achieved through collaboration and cooperation.
  • Eager to build relationships with and manage the sales and service teams to ensure the community exceeds our resident and investor expectations.

You Have...

  • At least 2 years' experience in residential property management, preferably in a management level role.
