Job description

This position develops and ensures the implementation of policies and procedures, oversees the supervision of all staff, direct supervision to all clinical staff. Facilitates or appoint a facilitator for clinical treatment team meetings, reviews records, ensures staff meets training/in service requirements.

The Residential Manager shall complete the Staff Development and Education Record Form for all employees who participate in a staff development and education activity. Completed Staff Development and Education Record Forms are maintained by the Residential Manager in a binder by location. This position also includes the Resident Manager completing the duties of a Residential Tech when needed to cover a shift.
