Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Time and Leave Management with extensive workforce experience and comprehensive testing expertise. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in optimizing our time tracking, leave management systems, and workforce planning processes.
Required Qualifications:

  • 8-10 years of progressive experience in time and leave management
  • Preferred experience in automotive or manufacturing workforce management
  • Proven track record of implementing and testing time tracking systems
  • Extensive experience with workforce management software and HRIS platforms
