Qualifications- A Master's Degree from an accredited institution in a counseling-related field such as Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology.
- Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
- Ability to maintain adequate Professional Liability Insurance coverage.

- A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience, particularly in therapeutic settings that address the mental health needs of children through adulthood.
- Experience implementing preventative mental health strategies and utilizing various therapeutic modalities to meet client goals.
- Familiarity with telehealth tools and best practices to ensure high-quality, effective remote counseling sessions.
The compensation for this role ranges from USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, dependent on experience and client engagement levels.
