Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive, personalized treatment plans aimed at addressing the unique mental health needs of each client.

  • Utilize evidence-based practices to conduct thorough assessments, ensuring that clients are accurately diagnosed and receive effective interventions for conditions such as anxiety, depression, and stress.

  • Provide crisis intervention support during high-stress scenarios, utilizing your skills to offer immediate care and resources to clients in need.

  • Engage with and support clients managing mental health diagnoses and substance use disorders through ongoing therapy and support sessions.

  • Facilitate therapeutic sessions focused on family relationship challenges, harmful behaviors, and other personal issues utilizing various therapeutic modalities.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Blissful Counseling Hub, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults. Our focus is on helping individuals navigate the complexities of their mental health journeys, with an emphasis on empowering students to tackle challenges related to their academic and social lives. Your therapeutic expertise will play a crucial role in fostering resilience and promoting emotional health within the client population.

Qualifications
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant clinical experience in mental health counseling or therapy.

  • Current licensure in Oregon as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

  • A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

  • Exceptional communication skills, with a strong ability to problem-solve and connect with clients on a personal level.

  • Proven ability to establish strong therapeutic relationships, fostering trust and openness with clients.

Preferred Experience
  • Experience utilizing digital platforms for remote therapy sessions is highly desirable.

  • Familiarity with various treatment modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), family therapy, and mindfulness practices.

  • Experience working with adolescents in school settings or comparable environments.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation package for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to USD 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
