Summit One Source is currently operating in all 50 U.S. States, Puerto Rico, and Guam and has a skilled executive team, with over 80 years of experience combined.

JOB SUMMARY/OVERVIEW

  • The below represents some of the primary responsibilities of the position.

    • Develop and execute on marketing initiatives
    • Schedule and virtually present services with prospective partners
    • Review the entire demo of the product suite with prospects
    • Prepare and present proposals and provide appropriate follow-up throughout the sales process
    • Organize, complete, and obtain the documentation required for clients to be onboarded with Summit
    • Work directly with internal departments to ensure a smooth transition for clients
    • Build and maintain relationships with referral partners
    • Prepare proposals for existing clients adding additional services
    • Prioritize work to ensure timely, effective, efficient, and economic delivery of services.
    • Document customer interaction in the CRM system.
    • Responsible for taking initiative and action towards professional development.
    • Responsible for meeting established key performance factors as identified by management.
    • Other projects and responsibilities may be added at the manager's discretion.
  • JOB QUALIFICATIONS
  • Education: Bachelor's degree desired; or equivalent education/work experience.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Self-starter with a desire to learn and grow in the role.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast paced continually changing business and work environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • Must work well within a team.
  • Cooperation with others in pursuit of company goals.

Knowledge Technologies:

  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • CRM/Sales Tracking a plus
  • Proficient in HR and Payroll technology solutions
  • Experience with isolved HCM a plus
