As a Staff Augmentation Talent Acquisition Partner III, you will be the primary liaison between our organization and staff augmentation vendors, developing intimate knowledge of their capabilities, pricing structures, and talent pools. You will implement advanced vendor management strategies, evaluate candidates and staffing firms, and coordinate between hiring managers and vendors throughout the selection process. Your responsibilities include maintaining vendor and candidate records, providing regular updates to executives, collaborating with procurement to negotiate favorable terms, and working with vendors to hire staff augmentation labor across all business functions. Ensuring exceptional vendor relationships through professional, strategic communication is essential to this role. As a senior team member, you will collaborate with business leaders to drive our staff augmentation strategy while optimizing costs and quality. You will drive our staff augmentation strategy, build vendor partnerships, and leverage data analytics to influence decision-making. You will serve as the subject matter expert on staff augmentation best practices, market conditions, and industry trends.
