Job description

  • Job Title: “Office Service/Area Service Coordinator”
  • Location: Denver, CO 80202
  • Shift Timing: Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Pay Rate: $/Hr. Negotiable. On W2

 

Manager’s Job Description:

Interview Format: Virtual

Work Location: Varies daily within the Denver, CO area. Daily driving to assigned locations is required; applicants must have a reliable personal vehicle.

COVID Requirements: None

Dress Code: Smart casual attire that is professional, clean, and wrinkle-free. Acceptable clothing includes khakis, dress pants, professional shirts or blouses, and clean dress shoes, loafers, or boots. Appearance should reflect professional standards.

Responsibilities:

 

  • Daily tasks will vary by location and may include:
  • Mailroom operations, shipping & receiving
  • Fleet management and support
  • Reproduction center work, including finishing tasks
  • Hospitality and reception services
  • Conference room setup and support

This role is ideal for someone who is energetic, organized, eager to learn, and demonstrates strong customer service and communication skills. Note-taking and adaptability are key to success.

Additional Requirements:

 

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (assistance available for heavier items)
  • Extended periods of walking and standing may be required
  • Driving between multiple locations in a single day may be necessary
  • Use of company or customer vehicles is not permitted
  • Parking may not be free at all locations; reimbursement is available when applicable

Requirements:

  • Requires high school diploma plus 12 months of related work experience.
  • Post High School education encouraged and preferred.
  • Could be required to move locations in one day should the business require it. Also, ability to cover accounts between 40-50 miles.
  • May require valid, violation-free driver’s license along with reliable transportation and minimum levels of auto insurance coverage per policy.
