About the Role:

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on VP, Head of People to build and lead a world-class HR/People function at Netomi. This leader will report to the EVP of Operations and partner closely with the executive leadership team to shape company culture, scale the organization globally, and ensure we attract, develop, and retain exceptional talent.

This role requires a balance of strategic vision and operational excellence, someone who can architect long-term organizational design, talent, and culture strategies while also rolling up their sleeves to execute in a fast-paced, high growth environment. The ideal candidate is both a builder and an operator, with a strong bias for action and a track record of scaling HR/People functions in dynamic, high-growth companies.

Responsibilities: People Strategy & Leadership
  • Define and execute a comprehensive People strategy aligned with Netomiโ€™s business goals and growth trajectory

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the EVP of Operations and executive leadership team on organizational design, workforce planning, and culture

  • Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing People/HR team

Talent Acquisition
  • Own global hiring strategy across technical, GTM, and G&A functions

  • Build scalable recruiting processes, employer branding, and talent pipelines

  • Partner with leadership to forecast hiring needs and ensure high-quality, diverse hiring outcomes

  • Optimize recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, quality of hire, and candidate experience

Culture, Engagement & Employee Experience
  • Shape and evolve Netomiโ€™s culture to support high performance, inclusion, and innovation

  • Drive employee engagement, retention, and experience initiatives

  • Design and implement feedback mechanisms (surveys, listening programs) and action plans

  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion across the organization

Performance Management & Development
  • Design and implement performance management frameworks aligned with company goals

  • Build leadership development and succession planning programs

  • Enable managers with tools and training to effectively lead teams

  • Drive learning & development initiatives across all levels

Compensation, Benefits & Total Rewards
  • Develop and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs

  • Partner with Finance and Legal on equity compensation strategy and benchmarking

  • Ensure alignment of rewards with performance and company objectives

HR Operations & Compliance
  • Build and scale HR processes, policies, and systems to support a growing global workforce

  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations across jurisdictions

  • Oversee HRIS, people analytics, and reporting to drive data-informed decisions

  • Manage employee relations and provide guidance on complex HR matters

International & Remote Workforce
  • Support global expansion, including hiring, compliance, and cultural integration across regions

  • Build scalable processes for managing a distributed and remote-first workforce

Cross-Functional Partnership
  • Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and leadership on organizational planning, headcount strategy, and workforce costs

  • Partner with leadership on change management, restructuring, and scaling initiatives


Requirements:
  • 15+ years of progressive experience in HR/People leadership roles, with at least 5+ years in a senior leadership capacity

  • Proven experience scaling HR/People functions in high-growth technology or SaaS companies

  • Strong expertise across talent acquisition, performance management, compensation, and HR operations

  • Experience supporting global teams and navigating multi-jurisdictional employment practices

  • Strong business acumen with the ability to align HR/People strategy to company outcomes

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

  • Data-driven mindset with experience leveraging people analytics

  • Experience in AI, SaaS, or high-growth startup environments
