Key Responsibilities

• Provide virtual support to patients and their caregivers, engaging in educational discussions aimed at promoting mental wellness.
• Act as the primary contact point for patients, navigating their needs and coordinating with healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive care delivery.
• Assess a patient’s unique support needs and communication preferences, tailoring interactions to enhance their treatment experience and ensure adherence to prescribed pathways.
• Educate patients on program policies and procedures, ensuring clarity while maintaining meticulous documentation in clinical charts.
• Update progress notes consistently and maintain comprehensive records, capturing vital information regarding patient status and treatment developments.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

Elite Care Therapy Solutions offers a competitive salary in the range of USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually, reflective of experience and expertise.
