Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to understand clients' mental health needs and histories, developing tailored treatment plans that utilize evidence-based practices.
• Employ a range of therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques to address clients' diverse concerns.
• Adhere to strict confidentiality protocols, maintaining compliance with HIPAA standards and best practices in mental health care.
• Facilitate collaborative teamwork with fellow mental health professionals, psychiatrists, and psychologists, ensuring integrated client care and shared knowledge.
• Participate in case consultations and peer reviews, enhancing the quality of care through collaborative feedback and knowledge-sharing.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, effective treatments, and available community resources, empowering them with knowledge and fostering their engagement in the therapeutic process.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
