• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients’ mental health to identify their unique challenges and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Provide one-on-one therapy using a variety of modalities, ensuring sessions are centered on the needs and goals of each client.
• Collaboratively establish therapeutic objectives with clients, continuously monitoring their progress and adjusting treatment strategies as necessary.
• Offer teletherapy options for clients who may have mobility issues or prefer a remote connection, ensuring accessibility to mental health support.
• Maintain thorough and precise client documentation in compliance with ethical standards and organizational guidelines.
• Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and stay abreast of advancements in therapy and treatment techniques.

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and other mental health conditions. • Active and valid state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• Empathy and a nonjudgmental approach towards clients’ experiences, allowing for effective therapeutic rapport.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities to manage a diverse caseload efficiently while balancing administrative tasks.

• Experience in providing therapy in a community health setting or private practice, particularly utilizing teletherapy.
• Familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities and a willingness to integrate new methodologies into practice.
• Experience working with clients presenting with substance use challenges can be beneficial.

• Annual salary ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and professional credentials.
