This role primarily operates within a remote capacity, allowing the social worker to conduct therapy sessions, assessments, and care planning with students and families from their own homes or designated safe environments. • Provide direct clinical services to assigned clients, including conducting assessments, individual and group therapy, and developing evidence-based treatment plans tailored to their needs.
• Build and maintain a therapeutic rapport with clients, emphasizing trustworthiness and empathy in all interactions.
• Collaborate closely with school staff, families, and other community resources to ensure integrated care and optimal patient outcomes.
• Conduct regular screenings for mental health issues and determine the necessity for more detailed assessments.
• Monitor and document client progress, treatment plans, and crisis situations in compliance with state guidelines and company policies.
• Participate in team meetings focused on service delivery improvement and quality assurance initiatives.
• Provide crisis intervention services as needed, ensuring that clients are safe and supported in critical situations.
• Engage in continuous professional development to stay informed on best practices and emerging trends in social work.

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker will primarily serve a diverse population of school-aged children and adolescents who may experience various challenges, including major mental illnesses and emotional disturbances. Understanding the unique developmental needs and cultural backgrounds of each client is essential in providing appropriate and effective treatment.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work (BSW) is required; a Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) is preferred.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical or school-based setting is necessary to ensure familiarity with the complexities involved in adolescent mental health care.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to document client interactions and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Solid knowledge of mental health assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based therapeutic practices.
