• Conduct virtual counseling sessions utilizing telehealth tools to engage with clients effectively and confidentially.
• Document client interactions, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards in mental health services.
• Assess clients’ needs, develop personalized treatment plans, and regularly review progress to ensure the highest standards of care are met.
• Support clients in navigating daily challenges by teaching skills related to activities of daily living, and provide assistance with meal planning, cooking, and shopping when necessary.
• Facilitate the management of medication routines, offering reminders and monitoring adherence in alignment with prescribed plans.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and healthcare providers, to coordinate care and achieve holistic treatment outcomes.
• Utilize data management systems to track client progress and report any necessary updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Provide crisis intervention as needed, using best practices to ensure client safety and well-being.
• Engage in regular supervision and peer review sessions to foster personal and professional growth.

• A Master’s degree in counseling, clinical psychology, social work, marriage and family therapy, or a related field is required.
• Current licensure as an LCSW, LPC, LCPC, LMHC, or LMFT is mandatory; we cannot accept applicants with an associate license.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and telehealth software, demonstrating comfort in using technology to enhance client engagement.
• Ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively while maintaining a high level of client care.

• Experience working with geriatric populations is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with best practices in telehealth service delivery and innovative therapeutic methodologies is advantageous.
