Job Requirements:

The successful candidates with Accounting experience as Tax Supervisor or Tax Manager /Trusts and Estates are the ideal candidates. If you have this experience and are interested in expanding your career in public accounting, this is a position with high visibility and opportunities. This position is responsible for a wide range of assignments, including tax planning, consulting and projections, the preparation and review of individual, entity, estate, and trust income tax returns of varying complexities, training and mentoring of staff, client service, and practice development.

Qualifications:

The right candidate will have the following experience and attributes:

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting or a similar field with 6+ years of experience
  • CPA or enrolled agent designation preferred but not required
  • Strong technical skills and ability to research tax issues
  • Excellent communication skills and experience successfully managing client relationships
  • Creative problem-solving skills
  • Independent
  • A desire to advance in public accounting

Salary: $90,000-$110,000
