A mid-sized accounting firm in North Jersey is seeking motivated Tax Staff Supervisor to join their high-net-worth and small-to-medium-sized business practice. This is a hybrid role. The firm offers a vibrant and social work culture, with a close-knit team of younger associates who regularly enjoy happy hours, dinners, parties, and other activities outside of work.
Compensation : $80000 - $95000

Job Function:
  • Prepare and review high-net-worth individual and small to medium-sized business tax returns.
  • Manage client relationships comprehensively and professionally.
  • Prepare detailed financial statements.
  • Auditing experience is a plus.
  • Oversee client communication and supervise firm staff.
  • Perform offsite work at client locations.

Job Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in small to mid-sized CPA firms.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks, Accounting/Tax Software, and MS Office products.
  • Proficiency in ProSystems and Quickbooks is a plus.
  • A Master's degree in accounting or taxation is a strong advantage.
