Job description

A Full-Time Customer Service Rep needed for a busy Accounting Firm on the North side of Chicago.


We are a 32 year old Accounting Firm on the North Side of the city of Chicago that helps over 315 small to medium-sized businesses with their accounting and tax needs. We have an immediate opening for a full Time Customer Service Representative. This position requires the following:


  • Handling customer requests and troubleshooting issues on our accounting and tax services
  • Following up with clients by phone or email to request missing company or personal data.
  • Following up with clients regarding recent notices from any state or federal taxation agency
  • Managing client database
  • Printing and organizing client data either emailed or sent via US Mail.
  • Provide administrative support to the Accounting and Operations teams by assisting with office filing and financial statement preparation and mailing


The ideal candidate must have

At lease 3 years of Customer Service experience in a professional environment

A proficiency in MS Excel and Word.


MUST BE:-

Professional and reliable

Detailed orientated with great at communication skills (written and verbal)

Organized with assignments and projects

The hours are 9 to 5 Monday to Friday in-person at our office.

Pay is between $20 to $30 per hour.
