Close high-ticket investment programs over the phone
Take pre-set appointments + hot live-transfer leads
Work evenings & weekends from HOME


THE MONEY:
$36,000 base salary
Uncapped commissions
Average earnings: $100K-$150K+

THE SCHEDULE:
Rotating 3-week schedule (you'll know your days off in advance!)
Work 2 out of every 3 weekends
~50 hours available, but only ~40 hours of actual work

Hours:

Your Schedule (MST):

  • MonThu: 12:00 PM 10:00 PM
  • Fri: 10:00 AM 6:00 PM
  • SatSun: 7:00 AM 6:00 PM Directors rotate weekends, working two out of every three weekends to ensure balanced coverage. If you work Sat and Sun you will have Mon and Tuesday off.
  • Youll work a 5-day schedule, never more than five days in a row, with two consecutive days off each week.
  • Youll keep your calendar open Nights and Weekends about 10 hours per day (around 50 hours per week) to allow for both pre-scheduled appointments and live-transfer calls.


Youll typically have2535 hours of booked talk time per week, each pre scheduled set is 2-hour appointment blocks. This turns into 11-12 hours of Talk time for pre set. This does not include live transfers.


When not on a call, your time is flexible you just need to stay reachable within 5 minutes during your shift for any incoming live transfer. You have to be ready for a video call to be on a live call in front of computer within 5 mins during set hours.
