Job description

Position Overview:

This position will support the day-to-day ticket operations for all MSE teams. This role will focus on the fundamentals of processing ticket orders, distributing tickets, and customer support. This is a paid internship.

Responsibilities:
  • Processes Full Season, Partial Plan, and Group Sales ticket orders ensuring correct pricing and package configuration.
  • Processes payments for ticket orders.
  • Supports Membership Services departments with season ticket holder account requests.
  • Coordinate distribution of tickets via mail, text, will-call, and expedited shipping methods.
  • Utilize Ticketmaster platform including Archtics, Account Manager, TM1, and TM Host.
  • Provide customer support using the department's shared email inbox.
  • Support the department with all assigned projects and administrative needs.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Current undergraduate or graduate student.
  • Exceptional work ethic, attention to detail, strong desire to succeed, eagerness to learn, and passion for the sports industry.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Competitive nature and a positive demeanor.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office & Outlook.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize workload and build business relationships in a professional and confidential manner.
  • Reliable transportation and housing.
  • Ability to work a minimum of 20 hours/week from September-May.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Pay Rate: $18.40 USD/hour
