As a Technical Project Manager, you will play a highly visible role inleading developmentof the flagshipFlightHubproduct aswe expand our customer base andrealize our product roadmap.FlightHubdeliversrealtimeflight data, predictive insights, and operational optimization tools to airlines and flight crews. - You will supportFlightHub'stransition fromearlymarketdeployment to scaled customer adoption, focusing on reliability, performance improvements, and feature expansion.
- You will leada moderate sized program($4M+)consisting offront-end,back-end,DevOps, andQA teams, driving cost, schedule, scope, and resource management.
- You will drive roadmap execution for advanced analytics modules, mobile UX enhancements, andcrossproductintegrations within the Connected Aviation ecosystem
- You will enable Agile teams to stay aligned with strategic priorities, emphasizing customer value, portfolio visibility, and delivery accountability.
- You will manage program risks and dependencies, prepare executive-level progress reports, and recommend solutions to complex program challenges.
- You will support vendor and contractor oversight, ensuring alignment with programobjectivesand performance expectations.
- You will contribute to continuous improvement, helping strengthen program management standards and execution across the Aviation Intelligence portfolio.
Qualifications You Must Have:
Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 10 years prior relevant experienceoran Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience
Experience with executive-levelcommunication, partnering with senior leadership across engineering, digital technology, and product teams.
Qualifications We Prefer:
Technical knowledge offlight deck workflows, pilot decisionmaking, dispatch operations,andairlineoperations.
Understanding of aviation weather products (TAFs, METARs, SIGMETs, turbulence models),aircrafttrajectory prediction, and flight planning processes.
Knowledge of aviation cybersecurity standards and secure dataexchange requirements, including implementation and oversight of secure development practices such as SAST, DAST, and identitymanagement best practices for flightcrew facing applications.
Experience withAWS Services(ECR,EKS, Lamda, API Gateway,etc.).

The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
