An established, high-growth organization is seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to join its Talent Acquisition team. This individual will partner closely with business leaders to identify, attract, and hire exceptional talent across a variety of corporate functions. The role requires a consultative recruiter who enjoys building relationships, influencing hiring decisions, and developing creative strategies to engage top passive talent.

The Role

As a Senior Recruiter, you will serve as a trusted advisor throughout the hiring process, leading searches from initial intake through offer acceptance. You'll partner with leaders to understand evolving business priorities, develop tailored recruiting strategies, and proactively identify high-caliber talent in competitive markets.

Success in this role requires someone who is equally comfortable partnering with executives, managing multiple concurrent searches, leveraging recruiting technology, and creating an outstanding candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for professional through senior leadership positions across multiple business functions.
  • Build strong partnerships with hiring managers to understand organizational needs and develop customized hiring strategies.
  • Identify and engage passive candidates through market research, networking, and proactive sourcing techniques.
  • Manage the recruitment process from kickoff meetings through offer negotiation and onboarding coordination.
  • Provide market intelligence, talent insights, and compensation guidance to business leaders.
  • Partner with HR and business leadership to ensure hiring strategies align with broader workforce planning initiatives.
  • Maintain consistent communication with candidates and stakeholders throughout the hiring process.
  • Collaborate with recruiting coordinators and external search partners to ensure an efficient recruiting experience.
  • Track recruiting metrics, maintain accurate applicant tracking system data, and identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and represent the organization professionally throughout the recruiting process.
  • Ensure recruiting practices remain compliant with applicable employment laws and internal policies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience within an agency, corporate, or professional services environment.
  • Demonstrated success recruiting passive talent across competitive markets.
  • Experience managing executive-level hiring manager relationships and advising on hiring decisions.
  • Strong sourcing expertise utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting tools.
  • Experience using modern applicant tracking systems.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple searches simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with changing business priorities.

Preferred Experience

  • Recruiting experience supporting corporate functions within complex or matrixed organizations.
  • Exposure to real estate, private equity, financial services, professional services, or similar industries.
  • Experience recruiting technology or corporate shared services professionals.
  • Professional recruiting or HR certifications are a plus.
