In your role as an LCSW at Heartfelt Healing, you will be responsible for:

• Providing comprehensive social work services to clients via telehealth platforms, ensuring accessibility and convenience.
• Conducting thorough assessments of clients' needs and developing tailored treatment plans that align with their goals.
• Advocating for clients' rights and facilitating access to essential community resources, including housing, healthcare, and social services.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, including therapists, psychiatrists, and other healthcare providers, to deliver integrated and holistic care.
• Documenting all client interactions and progress in compliance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health records (EHR) systems.

You will primarily work with a diverse client base, including individuals and families from varied backgrounds experiencing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health issues. Your proactive engagement and empathic approach will play a central role in facilitating healing and promoting recovery among our clients.

To qualify for this position, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of California.
• A minimum of three years of post-graduate experience in social work, with a focus on mental health preferred.
• Strong communication skills that enable effective interaction with clients and colleagues.
• Demonstrated empathy and problem-solving abilities to address client needs holistically.
• Proficiency with remote work technology and platforms utilized for virtual therapy sessions.

Experience working in a community health setting is preferred, as this provides insights into the multifaceted needs of underrepresented populations. Familiarity with electronic health record systems and telehealth platforms will also be advantageous in your daily operations.
