As of Jun 16, 2026, the average hourly pay for remote chiropractic in the United States is $17.67, according to ZipRecruiter salary data. Most workers in this role earn between $15.38 and $18.99 per hour, depending on experience, location, and employer.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive in the Remote Chiropractic position, and why are they important?

To excel as a Remote Chiropractor, you need an accredited Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree, a valid state license, and advanced knowledge of musculoskeletal health and telehealth best practices. Familiarity with telehealth platforms, electronic health record (EHR) systems, and remote diagnostic tools is essential. Exceptional verbal communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills help build trust and effectively assess patient needs from a distance. These proficiencies are crucial for delivering quality care, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining patient satisfaction in a remote setting.

What is a Remote Chiropractic job?

A Remote Chiropractic job involves providing virtual consultations, guidance, and exercise recommendations to patients via telehealth platforms. While hands-on adjustments aren't possible, practitioners can assess patient concerns, offer ergonomic advice, and suggest self-care techniques to manage pain and improve mobility. This role often includes reviewing medical histories, educating patients about posture and lifestyle changes, and recommending home-based therapies. Remote chiropractors typically work via video calls, emails, or mobile apps to assist patients in maintaining spinal health without in-person visits.

What are some challenges unique to working as a Remote Chiropractor?

One of the main challenges of being a Remote Chiropractor is evaluating and diagnosing patients without the ability to perform hands-on assessments, which often requires creative problem-solving and strong virtual communication skills. You may need to guide patients through self-assessment techniques or collaborate closely with local healthcare providers for physical interventions. Managing patient expectations and ensuring engagement during virtual appointments can also be demanding. However, many practitioners find remote work rewarding, with increased schedule flexibility and the ability to serve a broader patient base than traditional in-person practice.

Job description

We help chiropractors build their dream practice — and we're looking for a driven, client-obsessed CSM to be the face of that mission. If you thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment and love turning client relationships into long-term wins, this role was built for you.

ABOUT PROACTIVE MARKETING

Proactive Marketing is a 100% remote chiropractic patient acquisition agency. Our core value is simple: Better Than Yesterday. We don't micromanage — we invest in people who take ownership, lead from the front, and constantly push themselves to improve.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Own a book of chiropractic clients as their primary point of contact (text, call, email)
  • Manage the full client lifecycle — onboarding, launch, check-ins, billing, and offboarding
  • Coach clients to hit their goals using our proven marketing system
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, fulfillment, and leadership
  • Identify upsell opportunities and proactively surface retention risks
  • Collect client feedback and help drive continuous improvement

YOU'RE A GREAT FIT IF YOU HAVE

  • 1+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or High-Ticket Sales
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Experience with remote tools: Asana, Monday.com, Slack, Zoom (or similar)
  • A proactive mindset — you get ahead of problems before they become fires
  • Basic knowledge of digital advertising fundamentals
  • Direct response marketing experience (a strong plus)

WHAT WE OFFER

  • Base salary $48,000–$72,000/year + uncapped commission potential
  • Performance bonuses tied to client results
  • Paid time off + annual paid vacation
  • World-class training in digital advertising and marketing
  • Constant investment in your personal development
  • Real upward mobility — we promote from within
  • Work from anywhere in the world

We review every application personally. If you're ready to do meaningful work on a team that actually invests in you — apply now. We'd love to meet you.
