Job description

The BEST chiropractic clinic in Central Texas is expanding and seeking a Chiropractic Assistant to join our medium-sized team of 6-15 members. This role balances patient care and administrative duties, supporting both the Chiropractors and our patients throughout their visits. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy serving others, and have a strong interest in natural health, you could be a perfect fit for our friendly, team-oriented workplace.

Responsibilities

  • Manage front desk tasks including patient check-out, appointment scheduling, phone handling, and record filing
  • Assist with patient exams and operate X-Ray equipment (training provided)
  • Support patients on/off various therapies as instructed
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth clinic operations
  • Deliver excellent customer service to all patients and visitors
  • Maintain proficiency in Microsoft Office for administrative tasks
  • Stay active and engaged throughout the workday, adapting to dynamic clinic needs
