We are seeking a motivated and friendly Chiropractic Assistant to join our team! This is an entry-level position perfect for someone who enjoys helping others, is detail-oriented, and wants to be part of a wellness-focused environment.

The Chiropractic Assistant plays an essential role in ensuring smooth daily operations, supporting both practitioners and patients, and contributing to a positive, efficient clinic experience.

Key Responsibilities: โ€ข Greet patients warmly and professionally โ€ข Assist with patient intake, appointment scheduling, and check-outs โ€ข Maintain clean and organized treatment rooms after each visit โ€ข Support chiropractors with basic administrative tasks โ€ข Manage patient flow to ensure appointments run on time โ€ข Maintain patient confidentiality and professionalism at all times โ€ข Light clerical duties including data entry into our electronic health records (EHR) system
